What if discipleship was simpler than you thought?

Jesus didn't call us to fill buildings. He called us to make disciples. The Disciple-making Pathway is a return to that original vision, simple, biblical, and designed for everyday life.

This isn't another programme to fit into your diary. It's a seven-week journey that changes how you see the people around you, the places you already live and work, and the conversations you're already having.

"You don't need to be a leader, pastor or expert. You just need to be willing and obedient."

About the Disciple-Making Pathway
Not at all. This pathway is designed for everyday followers of Jesus. You don't need any formal training or leadership experience, just a willingness to learn and step out in faith.
That's completely fine. The Disciple-Making Pathway starts at the beginning and focuses on simple, practical steps. Many participants are starting from the same place.
No. This is a practical, obedience-based journey, not a theological lecture series. The focus is on listening to the Holy Spirit, reading Scripture and immediately living it out — no degree required.
The primary goal is disciple-making. As disciples grow, spiritual families, Discovery Bible Study groups, and simple expressions of church may naturally emerge, but this is never forced or rushed.
Time and commitment
Most participants spend around 2 hours on personal pre-work each week, plus a 60-minute Monday evening huddle. The emphasis is on living on mission in your everyday life, not adding heavy study hours.
Once registered, you'll receive all the details you need. The Disciple-Making Pathway uses our online training platform for weekly content, Zoom for Monday huddles, and WhatsApp for cohort communication. Clear instructions and links are provided before the pathway begins on our first Introductory Zoom.
How it works
A huddle is your small group (cohort) that meets online every Monday at 7pm NZT. It's a space to encourage each other, share what you're learning, and support one another in taking practical next steps. You'll also have a WhatsApp group for staying connected between sessions.
Discovery Bible Study (DBS) is a simple, reproducible way to read Scripture, hear from God, and respond in obedience. It's used around the world to make disciples and requires no special training or preparation.
You'll be equipped to continue living on mission, start Discovery Bible Studies, walk with others in discipleship, and reproduce the pathway with others. You'll also receive ongoing email support from The House Church Network to keep helping you implement and move forward.

"Still have a question? We'd love to hear from you."
